Chronic Back Pain Relief & Scapular Winging
When Charlie initially contacted me he was suffering from severe back pain and debilitating spasms which left him incapacitated. These spasms began to occur whilst riding clients horses which was becoming increasingly dangerous. Being a high risk job we’ve had setbacks along the way encountering a broken foot and wrist which we’ve had to work around. Charlie has made great progress so far, his commitment to the application of what we teach in his sessions and outside during work hours has been the defining factor in him overcoming his pain.
“Having been a full-time horse rider for over 10 years has led to my body being pretty stiff and sore just from daily work let alone the other injuries. Just getting out of bed some days was hard work physically. It got to the point where I was also severely limited in my abilities at work. Scoliosis Correction
Ashton came to me suffering from knee pain and an excessive scoliotic curvature in her back. Over the course of 9 sessions we have significantly reduced the curvature and addressed the hyper-extension in her knees to resolve the knee pain she was experiencing.

I also dealt with a reactive nervous system and muscle atrophy that led to illness following exercise. Frank was able to re-condition my body through functional patterns to get me to a place where I could build strength, correct structural issues and live without pain. I’ve learned so much through Frank and the functional patterns program; I think about and process movement vastly differently. It’s a change to your way of living and I’ll continue to do functional patterns as my main form of training.
Update: I took a year off training to have my second baby as I was dealing with morning sickness. The progress maintained and I did not relapse with my second postpartum period. My Diastasis was a fraction of what it was the first time and I didn't experience back and shoulder pain like I did with my first breastfeeding journey.”
Adolescent Pain & Scoliosis
My client (15yrs) came to me suffering from constant pain across their body, scapular winging and an unresolved scoliosis curvature predominantly throughout their lumbar. They had committed to generic therapies, however nothing fixed things for the long term and the issues would return resulting in ongoing maintenance.
After 16 sessions once a week their pain has substantially reduced and posture has significantly improved. Their self confidence and trust in their body to take part in activities also increased to which they are now undertaking new hobbies like rock climbing.
Scheuermann's Disease and 20KG Weight loss.
From a young age my client Wayne has been dealing with Scheuermann's disease which has progressively deteriorated his posture and movement leading to back, knee and achilles pain. Wayne committed 1-2 days a week to try and reverse the effects of this disease and lose weight. He now lives pain free, has lost 20kg and also improved his running speed from 17.8kmh to 27.2kmh after employing our diet and training recommendations
Wayne has done this whilst raising a family of 4 children and teaching simultaneously, demonstrating there’s always time to look after yourself first so you can look after those around you.
Shoulder Pain & Rib Flare Resolved After years of Bodybuilding
